Review for Ichinoyu Honkan in Hakone

We had a wonderful stay at Ichinoyu Honkan. the property is lovely, and we enjoyed a spacious room complete with a private bath. the amenities included an electric kettle, a personal safe, and air conditioning, which added to our comfort. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful information throughout our visit. the convenient train station nearby made exploring the area easy.

warm enough and spacious unit with a larger bathroom and a beautiful view plus the private bath. paid £ 18450. location not far from restaurants and shopping as well as various transport stations as well as the hill to the main road.

Everything was amazing during 1 day, truly enjoyed its excellent and stunning location very close to wonderful onsen as well as shopping area...

The staff were friendly and helpful here, the location was convenient being near a bus stop, and it was great being within walking distance of both a valley and a mountain.

Its location down the hill to the main road was excellent. I was met by affable and helpful staff at the lobby. I enjoyed the japanese-style twin room with excellent view, an outside hot spring bath and the futon beds.

The bathroom was very tiny, I didn't like it.

The accommodation was cozy with a spacious room that had a balcony, and it also had an outdoor hot spring bath, along with comfortable futon beds, and the staff were friendly and hospitable.

I really enjoyed having a safe, a TV with many channels, and a fridge in my room. the bathroom was spacious and even had a bidet, which was a nice touch. the staff here were so friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, it was a great stay! 🌟

The room was amazingly spacious and had its own private bathroom. the futon beds were comfortable, and the view from the room was simply stunning! 🌄

During my business trip to Hakone, my director chose Ichinoyu Honkan as our accommodation. One of the highlights of this hotel was the indoor mineral hot spring. After a long day of meetings, the hot spring provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The affable and welcoming staff made everything amazing. the location of the hotel was comfy and beautiful, near Ashi lake. - It was not very far from Steak House Yoshiike.

I keep returning to this perfect place. The staff helped me find my lost earring. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and massage are provided. The rooms have an electric kettle, air conditioning, and no pets or smoking. It's my ideal spot for a city break.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ichinoyu Honkan in Hakone. The traditional Japanese decor of the hotel was simply exquisite, with beautiful tatami floors, sliding doors, and delicate paper screens. It truly made me feel immersed in the rich culture of Japan. The common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained, allowing for easy navigation and comfort. Furthermore, the hotel was conveniently designed with wide hallways and minimal steps, which made it very accessible for seniors like myself.

If there's one thing I would have asked for to make the experience even better for senior guests, it would be more assistance from the staff. While they were polite and respectful, I found that they could have been more attentive to the needs of older guests.
